Orders & Shipping

Each purchase is made to order, hand packed, and dispatched by myself.

At present I only deliver to Mainland UK, however, if you are outside of this region and would like something delivered, please get in touch and we can arrange something.

Because my items are handmade, please allow 10-14 working days to receive your order (including postage). Once I have your order ready, it is sent either as a standard delivery (up to 3 days), or for Next Day – whichever you’ve chosen. I will let you know when your items have shipped, and I send all items with tracking, so you can keep an eye on their journey to you.

In the event of postal strikes, I endeavour to use alternative delivery methods in good time, to avoid delays or disappointments with late arrivals. I will let you know ASAP if there is a problem with your order or delivery.

Delivery prices are calculated based on weight, and also include the cost of packaging.

Returns & Refunds

As my products are handmade to order, I am unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. In the unlikely event that this is the case, please contact me at via the contact form below to let me know why you would like to return your item, and we can arrange a credit voucher or exchange.

You can order a sample of my fabrics & wallpapers before placing your final order, to confirm that you are happy with the aesthetic for your home.

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer free returns, so you will need to cover the cost of sending an item back to me. Exchanges take up to 5 working days to process, once I’ve received the returned item.

I want you to be entirely happy with your purchases. I understand, however, that sometimes pieces simply don’t work for you. If you do feel you need to return something, or would like to chat before you purchase something, get in touch via the form below and I will do my very best to accommodate you.
